The well-being of your family pet will always and furever be OUR top priority.  In an effort to prevent illness, we do not permit pets to visit with those who are displaying signs of any transmittable disease/illness OR females who are experiencing a heat cycle.  An "all clear" is required by a veterinarian post-infection before being able to return to Paw & Order for any of our services.  This includes but is not limited to the following examples:

• Canine Cough (veterinarian approval for return is not required if the pet has been symptom-free for 7 consecutive days)

• Canine parvovirus ("parvo")

• Canine distemper

• External parasites (ticks, fleas and mange)

• Intestinal parasites (i.e. Coccidia and Giardia)

• Leptospirosis

• Ringworm
